R is for RUSHED #AtoZChallenge 14

#AtoZChallenge

Today marks day 18 of the A to Z Challenge, and if you don’t know what this challenge is that I speak of, I touched on what it was briefly here.  For complete rules, historical information and all that jazz, click here

The letter for today is:

#AtoZChallenge

Some bloggers have chosen to pick a theme for the #AtoZChallenge, I’ve chosen to wing it.  Today I am writing about being feeling rushed this week.

This week in general has been very rushed and hurried and I’m EXHAUSTED.  I haven’t been sleeping well this week and I’ve had a ton going on.  Having said that, I think next year, if I participate in this challenge, I will be scheduling posts in advance.  It has been fun, don’t get me wrong, but too much in life going on, you know?

Anyways, stay tuned for tomorrow’s 10 Things That Made Me Happy Post and Link Up!

Have a great evening! 🙂

  • I feel you! I also didn’t come up with an A to Z Challenge theme, so I’m making it all up as I go! Hang in there, only eight more letters 🙂

  • Good idea, to schedule posts next time you do this challenge. Aren’t we all just a little crazy busy sometimes! Luckily, I’m in a downtime.

  • Thanks girl! 😉 I already like you just based on your name. Lol! I’m going to head over over to your space.

  • Apart from Monday night and Friday night, I’ve got physio, therapy, physio. Jeffs been working a lot of OT. I can’t drive our standard car so he chauffeurs my ass around. LOL!
    It’s all good though. 🙂

It makes the experiencing that much more enjoyable when you have the posts planned ahead of time…or at least a majority of them. This year, I’m trying something different by taking a short story and splitting it up by days. Still, the middle wasn’t quite the way I wanted it so I did feel RUSHED to get it done!

  • Yeah I can definitely see more enjoyment when they’re planned. I just need to get myself together. lol.
That’s a great idea breaking a story up into parts. I’ll check your blog out. Thanks for stopping by. 🙂

Rushed? That’s my middle and maiden name! Constant motion, can’t ever slow down, but such is life I guess!

I hate feeling rushed and lately this has been an ongoing theme in my life too – it’s driving me crazy. I hear you and I know my dogs feel it too which makes it even worse. Hang in there and #tgif.

I felt rushed the first year I did the challenge too because I was like you, winging it. The second year I got a theme and wrote everything ahead of April, much more smoother 🙂 I hope you have a restful weekend!

  • I prefer to be busy over not but sometimes life is just so quick paced that I wish it would slow down from time to time. 😉

  • I think we all could stand to just take a few moments and just slow it down, appreciate life and it’s finer moments a bit more.
It’s nice when we don’t have to be go go go all the time, and I know the boys prefer that too, just like I’m sure your critters do, too.

  • Lesson learned… What’s that saying, “hindsight is 20/20?” Well I can certainly attest to that. 🙂
I hope you have a wonderful weekend Betty. 🙂

  • Next year, I swear that’s the only way to go. Loll!
    Have a great weekend Hun!
