Holy shit do I have a lot to catch up on. I’ve come to the conclusion I read and follow a lot of blogs. It’s time consuming, BUT I love it. Blogging life is no joke! A friend of mine came down last night for an overnight visit yesterday and we didn’t get up to too much last night, we actually watched Love, Lust or Hate for a few hours and then went to bed. This morning, I got up at 7:30 and let all the dogs out, went outside with them and shoveled the side yard. Yesterday turned out to be a really great day. I woke up around 7 and got the four big “kids” outside while Miss Tallulah chirped from crate in the kitchen, letting me know that she, too, was awake and wanted out. Got her little coat on and outside we went and joined the big dogs. After a thorough romp in the snow, everyone came back inside and I got breakfast ready. Close friends of ours lost their baby a few days ago and while it was still really early on in the pregnancy, it still doesn’t make it any easier or less tragic. I know their day to become parents will come, that I have no doubt of, but knowing the magnitude of loss and just how excited they were, looking forward to the baby coming…. I’m just so sad for them. I can’t imagine what they’re going through and how they’re feeling…….
